From a young age, I’ve always been driven by the desire to create—whether it was drawing, painting, or capturing moments through photos and videos. I’ve always enjoyed preserving the story of my day-to-day life as a keepsake. It wasn’t just about documenting what was in front of me—it was about capturing the emotions and details that made each moment unique. This passion for creating and preserving memories naturally led me into aviation photography, where I could share the excitement and beauty of flight with the world.
Today, I’m married to my wife, Madison, for 10 years, and together, we’re raising four children. I am based in Birmingham, Alabama, specializing in digital capture for aviation and aerospace enterprises worldwide. My career has been shaped by my 14 years of military experience within Army Aviation and Special Operations, along with three deployments that took me to 14 countries. This unique background has enriched my work as a photographer and videographer, bringing a tactical, high-stakes perspective to my creative process.
On the ground, I have had the privilege of photographing extensively for military units, using advanced lighting and postproduction techniques to capture images that highlight their capabilities and operational readiness. These images have not only showcased the strength and precision of the units but have also provided them with a strategic advantage, enhancing their visibility and impact within the military community.
In the air, I’ve accumulated over 150 hours of flight time as an aerial photographer and videographer. I have extensive flight time across a variety of military aircraft, including the H-60 series of Blackhawks, CH-47 Chinook, C-130 Hercules, C-17 Globemaster, C-23 Sherpa, and C-27J Spartan. These sorties have given me unparalleled access to some of the most dynamic and powerful aircraft in operation. Additionally, I am an FAA-certified remote pilot with a DoD secret security clearance.
